This is the second time I have been turned down in trying to open bank account with Pacific Rim Bank and now with Central Pacific Bank due to a record reflecting with the US Bank in Sonoma County, California. I have no record with US Bank. I called this branch last year, they do not have any records whatsoever of their branch(Sonoma, CA) nor their Collections Dept. reflecting they placed me in Chexsystem in 2005????!!!! So, please remove me from your systems…..you should be able to contact US Bank and verify with them…..I don’t have anything outstanding WHATSOEVER!!! This is my DEMAND THAT YOU REMOVE MY RECORD IMMEDIATELY!!!! Thank you for your PROMPT attention in this regard.
